We are Mariepier and Cédrick Daigle, the two co-founders of Adaptogen Ritual.
Together since 2008, married since 2013 and parents of three, we share more than a family story: a common vision for entrepreneurship, freedom and the future.
Our backgrounds are different, yet deeply complementary. One rooted in marketing, leadership and community building. The other in construction entrepreneurship, management and operations.
Today, we bring these experiences together through one family-owned business, built with intention.
Throughout our 18 years together, we have learned that the most meaningful things are built through resilience, trust and a shared vision. Adaptogen Ritual represents far more than a wellness brand: it is our way of bringing our ambitions together through a family-owned business, creating a legacy for our children and preserving the freedom to explore the world together. We didn't want to build our lives around a business. We wanted to build a business around the life we chose.

Long before the brand, there was a vision.
Long before founding Adaptogen Ritual, I had already spent years immersed in marketing, online sales and leadership.
I had the privilege of reaching top leadership ranks more than once, building large teams and helping others grow into their own potential.
I experienced remarkable successes and moments of recognition, but also the challenges and less visible realities of this industry. Those experiences gave me an understanding of the field that no theory could ever replace.
While many around me dreamed of stepping onto the stage, my own ambition was already moving in a different direction. I dreamed of creating my own brand with a more progressive, forward-thinking and deeply human approach. A company that could help move the industry forward rather than simply repeat what already existed.
Today, that experience shapes every part of Adaptogen Ritual: how we grow our community, mentor our ambassadors, share knowledge and build a brand that puts genuine human connection at the center of its development.
I remain actively involved: in our training sessions, conversations, community gatherings and the decisions that shape our future. To me, leadership is more than a title. It is a responsibility you live every day.
