Refund policy

Any claims for damaged, or defective products must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense and will be either replaced or fully refunded.

If you or your customers notice an issue with a product or anything in the order that seems incorrect, please contact our customer support team at hello@adaptogenritual.com with:

  • A clear photograph of the product and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will review the request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

If approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped within 3 business days, or
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days

Replacement / Refund Exemptions

We do not offer refunds, credits, or replacements in the following cases:

Incorrect Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided during checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

Unclaimed Orders
Orders that are not claimed and returned to the sender may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Buyer’s Remorse
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Customs & Import Fees
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Orders returned due to unpaid fees are not eligible for a refund.

Order in Production
Once an order has been confirmed and is in production, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

Delivery Issues Caused by the Recipient
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, refusal, or failure to pay required duties or taxes, it may be returned or destroyed by the carrier. In such cases, no refund or replacement will be issued.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account or payment method.

If necessary, contact your credit card provider or financial institution, as processing times may vary.
