This carefully crafted formula combines a selection of botanical extracts and amino acids traditionally used to support relaxation and sleep balance. Valerian root and chamomile flower extracts have long been valued in herbal traditions for their calming properties and their role in promoting restful sleep.
The formula is further enhanced with lemon balm and passion flower extracts, two botanicals widely recognized for supporting relaxation and helping calm the nervous system before bedtime.
To complement these plant-based ingredients, the blend includes GABA and L-Tryptophan, compounds involved in the body’s natural relaxation and sleep pathways, along with melatonin, a hormone naturally produced by the body that helps regulate the sleep-wake cycle.
Together, these ingredients create a balanced nighttime formula designed to help support relaxation, promote restful sleep and encourage a refreshed start to the next day.

Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, adults take two (2) capsules daily. For best results, take with 6–8 oz of water or as directed by a healthcare professional.
