Canadian Customs Duties — Covered by Us
Adaptogen Ritual covers applicable import duties on orders shipped to Canada. You should not have to pay these duties yourself. Regular sales taxes, where applicable, are separate.
Occasionally, a carrier such as FedEx may issue a customs-duty invoice in error. If you receive one, please email a copy to hello@adaptogenritual.com so our team can investigate and resolve it.
If a carrier requests payment of import duties at delivery to release your package, you may pay to avoid a delivery delay. Then email us the invoice and proof of payment at hello@adaptogenritual.com. We will reimburse the full amount of eligible import duties incorrectly charged to you.
