Welcome to Adaptogen Ritual. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to our website, purchases, and related services (the “Services”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Adaptogen Ritual, operated by Golden Peak Legacy LLC.

By using our Services or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms, subject to your mandatory legal rights. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Access and Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our store or placing an order. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Purchases must be made by persons legally capable of entering into a contract, or with appropriate parental or guardian authorization.

2. Products and Wellness Information

We strive to present accurate product descriptions, ingredients, directions, images, and availability. Packaging and screen colors may vary, and products may be updated or discontinued.

Information on this website is provided for general educational purposes and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or replace personalized medical advice. Follow product labels and consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate, particularly if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or considering products for a minor.

Nothing in these Terms limits any applicable statutory product warranties or consumer rights.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or material pricing errors, subject to applicable law. If payment has been collected for an order we do not fulfill, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Please review your order before checkout and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

4. Pricing, Currencies, and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency of the selected market, and the final price, applicable taxes, discounts, and shipping charges are shown during checkout. Prices and promotions may change prospectively without notice.

We currently accept orders for delivery to the United States and Canada only. United States orders are priced in USD and Canadian orders in CAD. Import charges are addressed in Section 6.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only to addresses in the United States and Canada. Orders to other destinations, including the United Kingdom and France, are not accepted at checkout.

For the United States, standard shipping is $15 USD for orders below $150 USD and free for orders of $150 USD or more. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days.

For Canada, standard shipping is $25 CAD for orders below $150 CAD and free for orders of $150 CAD or more. Estimated delivery is 8–10 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We will assist with reasonable investigations of delayed, lost, damaged, or misdelivered shipments. Risk of loss passes as provided by applicable law; it does not automatically transfer merely because we hand a package to a carrier.

6. Customs and Import Charges

United States: Orders fulfilled domestically within the United States ordinarily do not incur international import duties.

Canada: Adaptogen Ritual covers applicable customs duties on Canadian orders. Applicable domestic sales taxes are separate and may be charged at checkout.

Any legally required pre-purchase disclosures, import arrangements, and consumer rights take precedence over this general explanation.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues

Our Return & Refund Policy describes our 30-day return request process, eligibility, damaged or incorrect products, return shipping costs, and refund processing. Please read it before purchasing.

Our standard return program does not replace mandatory consumer rights, including applicable legal warranties and withdrawal rights.

8. Recurring Product Subscriptions

Where a product subscription is offered, the checkout will identify the recurring price, billing frequency, shipping charges, and material conditions before you authorize recurring payments. By selecting and confirming a subscription, you authorize charges according to the disclosed schedule until you cancel.

You may manage, pause, modify, or cancel eligible subscriptions through the customer account or subscription management link made available to you, subject to any clearly disclosed processing cutoff for an upcoming order. You may also request assistance at our customer support email. Cancellation stops future renewals; an order already processed may remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Any subscription discount, including a 10% recurring product discount when offered, applies only under the conditions displayed for that offer.

9. Ritual Offers, Gifts, and Tribe Collective

Ritual bundles, promotional gifts, discounts, and Tribe Collective access are governed by the eligibility, duration, and conditions disclosed with the relevant offer at the time of purchase. Unless expressly stated, a product purchase does not create a recurring Tribe Collective membership charge.

Promotional benefits may not be combined with other offers unless stated. We will honor applicable consumer rights and the terms of confirmed purchases.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, our website content, branding, images, designs, product copy, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Adaptogen Ritual and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping purposes. Reproduction or commercial use of protected materials requires prior permission or another valid legal basis.

11. Optional Third-Party Tools

Some features, including checkout, customer accounts, subscriptions, reviews, loyalty, and other integrations, may be provided through third-party services. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. We remain responsible for our legal obligations as the seller.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party websites. We do not control their content or privacy practices. Review their applicable terms before using those services.

13. Relationship with Shopify

Adaptogen Ritual is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Adaptogen Ritual. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Adaptogen Ritual, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Adaptogen Ritual, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information as described there and in their applicable notices.

15. Reviews and Feedback

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, or infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use that content for operating and promoting our Services, subject to applicable law and your privacy rights.

Any material connection or incentive related to a review must be disclosed where required. We may moderate content in accordance with applicable law.

16. Errors and Corrections

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding products, availability, promotions, and pricing. Where a correction affects an order already placed, we will comply with applicable consumer laws and provide any required notice, choice, or refund.

You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, fraud, harassment, infringement, unauthorized access, malicious code, abusive scraping, or interference with website security or functionality. We may restrict access for violations, subject to applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and available Services, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all website content will be error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts non-excludable warranties, statutory guarantees, remedies for defective or non-conforming goods, or other mandatory consumer protections.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or were not caused by our breach. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other legally protected claims.

22. Indemnification

Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for third-party claims arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the Services or infringement of another party’s rights. This provision does not require consumers to waive mandatory legal protections.

23. Severability and Entire Agreement

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain effective to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, together with the policies and specific offer terms referenced here, govern your use of the Services, without limiting representations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

24. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without overriding mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your place of residence. Nothing in this section deprives consumers of legally required protections or access to courts or dispute-resolution procedures available under applicable law.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or business reasons. The updated version will be posted on our website with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law and will not retroactively remove rights attached to completed purchases.
