Begin your day with Living Flora mixed into water or your preferred beverage.

During the first few days, start with approximately ½ serving, then gradually increase to the full suggested serving as your body adjusts.

WITH A MEAL — SUPPORT DIGESTIVE FLOW
Botanical Flow
Take Botanical Flow with water, preferably alongside a meal.

If you are new to botanical supplements or introducing the entire ritual at once, begin with 1 capsule daily before progressing to the full serving of 2 capsules daily.

BETWEEN MEALS — ADD YOUR FIBER
Ancestral Fiber
Mix 1 sachet into approximately 200 mL / 6.76 fl oz of non-carbonated water and drink immediately after mixing.

For a gentler introduction, begin with approximately ½ sachet once daily for the first few days before increasing to a full sachet.

Ancestral Fiber can be enjoyed on its own or mixed into Living Flora or HydraLive electrolytes. Because psyllium absorbs water and thickens quickly, always use adequate liquid and drink promptly.

Fiber is best introduced gradually, especially if your usual diet is not already high in fiber.

Take Sacred Microbiome consistently each day according to the recommended serving.

When beginning the ritual, start with half the regular serving when practical, then increase gradually as tolerated.

Consistency matters more than a specific hour of the day, so choose a time you can maintain—such as with breakfast, dinner or as part of your evening wellness routine.

A GENTLER WAY TO BEGIN
For sensitive digestive systems, you do not need to introduce all four products on the same day.

A simple approach is to add one new product every 2–3 days, allowing your body to become familiar with each step before introducing the next.

For example: begin with Living Flora, then introduce Sacred Microbiome, followed by Botanical Flow, and introduce Ancestral Fiber last and gradually.

Inner Garden brings together several approaches that are well supported in digestive-health research.

• Fiber supports regularity. Psyllium, the main fiber in Ancestral Fiber, is a soluble, gel-forming fiber shown to help improve stool frequency and consistency. Research also supports gradually increasing fiber because introducing too much too quickly can temporarily increase gas or bloating.

• Prebiotics help feed the gut microbiome. Both Living Flora and Sacred Microbiome contain fructooligosaccharides (FOS), a type of prebiotic carbohydrate used by beneficial intestinal bacteria.

• Digestive health also involves bile flow. Botanical Flow contains standardized artichoke extract. Human research has shown that artichoke extract can increase bile secretion, an important part of normal fat digestion and the liver-to-gut digestive process.
