We serve customers in the United States and Canada. France is a market we are exploring; availability may vary. Please check the shipping options at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import fees?

For orders shipped within the United States, no international import duties apply. For Canadian orders, Adaptogen Ritual covers applicable import duties. For orders to France, when available, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the customer's responsibility.

United States: approximately 5–7 business days. Canada and France: approximately 8–10 business days. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, fulfillment conditions, and customs processing where applicable. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. What is your 30-day return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for standard returns. Opened or substantially consumed products are not automatically eligible for a refund.
